 Maintenance Contracts

We have Two types of contracts to meet our customer requirements:
Full Maintenance
  • Once Monthly preventative service visits
  • Service calls during regular business hours (7:30am-4:00pm)
  • All repairs covered
  • Overtime callbacks (can be included or billed separately)

*Preliminary Reports, Reinspection Reports and 5 Year Load Tests can be included at an additional cost.  


Basic Maintenance

  • Once Monthly or Quarterly preventative service visits as agreed upon
  • All service calls and repairs billed separately

*Either contract can be customized to ensure the particular program chosen meets with the customers full satisfaction.
**Vandalism/acts of God are not covered.
